The Carter County Courthouse is located in the historic district of downtown Ardmore at "B" and 1st Street SW just one block south of West Main and B Street.

Courthouse Annex Building #1 is located at 107 1st Street Southwest, next door (east side) to the Courthouse. Located in the Annex 2 Building are the County Commissioners offices, E911 office, Emergency Management office, Mapping Department, OSU Extension office and the Election Board office (north end of building). Annex #1 is also where the Board of County Commissioners conducts their board meetings every Monday morning at 9:00am.

The County Clerks Office is located in Annex Building #2 in the NW corner of 1st and A Street SW. Annex #2 is the 2nd building to the east of the Courthouse. GPS: 34.171432 -97.12903
