CARTER COUNTY COMMISSIONERS BOARD ROOM

 

The agenda for the Tax Roll Correction Board was time stamped in the County Clerk’s Office on March 6, 2009 at 8:43 AM.

 

The Tax Roll Correction Board was called to order by Bill McLaughlin.  Members present were: Bill McLaughlin, Glenn Sappington and Kim Cain. The minutes were taken by Kelly Brawley, Carter County Clerk Deputy. Trisha Saxon, County Assessor Deputy was also present.

 

Sappington made a motion to approve the agenda, second by McLaughlin.  Vote: McLaughlin, yes - Sappington, yes - Cain, yes.

 

No public comments were made.

 

Sappington made a motion to approve the minutes from the regular meeting on February 9, 2009, second by McLaughlin.  Vote: McLaughlin, yes - Sappington, yes - Cain, yes.

The above listed Tax Roll Correction reflects a decrease in the tax rolls in the amount of $1,653.48.

 

No new business was presented.

 

McLaughlin made a motion to adjourn, second by Sappington.  Vote: McLaughlin, yes - Sappington, yes - Cain, yes.
