CARTER COUNTY EXCISE BOARD

 

The Carter County Excise Board held a special meeting on September 7, 2010 at 4:00 PM in the Carter County Commissioners Board Room.  The meeting was called to order by Sappington.  Roll Call: Sappington, present - Alexander, absent – Loder, present. The minutes were taken by Cynthia Harmon.

 

Loder made a motion to approve the agenda, second by Sappington.  Vote: Sappington, yes – Loder, yes.

Loder made a motion to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held on August 10, 2010 second by Sappington.  Vote: Sappington, yes –Loder, yes.

 

Loder made a motion to approve the following monthly appropriations, second by Sappington.  Vote: Sappington, yes – Loder, yes.

Five transfers were submitted to the board. 3 transfers from CBRI Cash Fund into County Roads and Improvement for the amounts of $9,220.00, $1,366.65 and $6,628.00 one transfer from EOC-M&O-Operating Money into LEPC Grant-M&O-City of Ardmore in the amount of $2,000.00 and one transfer from Revaluation M&O into Capital Outlay for $1,350.00.

 

Loder made a motion to adjourn, second by Sappington.  Vote: Sappington, yes – Loder, yes.
