CARTER COUNTY EXCISE BOARD

 

The Carter County Excise Board held a special meeting on September 29, 2009 at 9:00 AM in the Carter County Commissioners Board Room.  The meeting was called to order by Sappington.  Roll Call: Sappington, present - Alexander, present – Loder, present. The minutes were taken by Cynthia Harmon.

 

Alexander made a motion to approve the agenda, second by Loder.  Vote: Sappington, yes – Alexander, yes - Loder, yes.

 

No public comments were made

 

Alexander made a motion to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held on September 8, 2009 second by Sappington.  Vote: Sappington, yes – Alexander, yes – Loder, yes.

 

No elected officials or department heads appeared before the Board.

 

Alexander made a motion to approve the budgets for Carter County, Ardmore Schools, Springer Schools, Plainview Schools, Lone Grove Schools, Wilson Schools, Healdton Schools, Zanies Schools, Fox Schools, Dickson Schools, Southern Oklahoma  Vo-Tech 20, City of Ardmore Sinking Fund, Ratliff City Budget, Tri County Interlocal and Southern Oklahoma EMS, second by Loder.  Vote: Sappington, yes – Alexander, yes – Loder, yes.

 

No transfers were submitted to the Board. 

 

No new business was submitted.

 

Sappington made a motion to adjourn, second by Alexander.  Vote: Sappington, yes – Alexander, yes – Loder, yes.
