Alexander made a motion to approve the minutes of the
regular meeting held on May 11 and June 8, 2009 second by Sappington. Vote: Sappington, yes – Alexander, yes.
Alexander made a motion to approve the minutes of the
meetings of the Equalization Board of 2009, second by Sappington. Vote: Sappington, yes – Alexander, yes.
Alexander made a motion to approve the following
appropriations, second by Sappington.

Alexander made a motion to approve the temporary appropriations for
Plainview Schools, Springer Schools, Zanies Schools, Wilson Schools,
Healdton Schools and Dickson Schools and the supplemental estimate for Wilson
Schools, second by Sappington.
Vote: Sappington, yes – Alexander, yes.
Two transfers were submitted to the
Board. 1) Election Board Travel into
Personal Services for $400.00. 2) Sheriff Detention Capital Outlay to
Sales Tax Capital Outlay for $55,659.00.
No new business was submitted.
Alexander made a motion to adjourn, second by
Sappington. Vote: Sappington, yes –
