Alexander made a motion to approve the agenda, second

Alexander made a motion to approve the minutes of the
regular meeting held on February 9, 2009 second by Sappington. Vote: Sappington, yes – Alexander, yes.
Alexander made a motion to approve the following
appropriations, second by Sappington.
