The agenda for the meeting was timed stamped June 10, 2009 at 2:44 PM in the County Clerk's Office and can be seen Monday thru Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00 PM. The agenda was posted on the south door of the Carter County Commissioners Office on the Court House Annex.

The meeting was not held due to lack of a quorum, due to the fact that the emergency watershed agreement was not approved by the federal government.
