5.   Discuss, consider and take action on a resolution from the Carter County Public Facilities

      Authority authorizing issuance, sale and delivery of lease revenue bonds of the authority; ratifying

      a site lease and a facilities lease and operation agreement; ratifying a bond indenture, naming

      Bancfirst as trustee; waiving competitive bidding on the bonds; and containing other provisions

      related thereto.

 

6.   Discuss, consider and take action on county officer reports.

 

7.   Discuss, consider and take action on requisitions for County Highway, General Government and all

      cash accounts.
