Maxwell v. Carter County, a political subdivision by being sued in the name of

Board of County Commissioners of
Carter County, etal.
Case No. CIV-09-216-RAW.
On the advice of legal counsel,
possible Executive Session for the purpose of confidential
Communications between the Board of
County Commissioners of the County of Carter and
Its attorney concerning the federal
lawsuit previously referenced. Legal
counsel advises that
Public disclosure of these
confidential communications would likely seriously impair the
Ability of the Board and its attorney
to properly process and defend this litigation.
As such,
The communications in the Executive
Session are confidential.
